We are not equipped to provide care for people:

• Experiencing symptoms indicative of an on-going severe and enduring mental health condition, also termed a Severe Mental Illness, such as: psychosis or bipolar disorder.
• Presenting with severe levels of risk or difficulty functioning that would require team-based care from secondary mental health services.
• Reporting a level of substance abuse that will prevent engagement with and learning from psychological therapy.
• Who feel they are a risk to themselves or others.

• Go to the nearest Accident & Emergency hospital department or call 999 for an ambulance.
