GMMH Post Covid Syndrome Service aims to provide support for adults presenting with signs and symptoms that develop during or following an infection consistent with COVID-19 which continue for more than 12 weeks and are not explained by another health condition. We aim to deliver evidence based therapy in line with the person’s preferred outcome and needs.

We are not equipped to provide care for people:

• Experiencing symptoms indicative of an on-going severe and enduring mental illness (SMI).


• Presenting with severe levels of risk or functional limitation that would require team-based care from secondary mental health services.


• Reporting levels of substance misuse requiring that difficulty to be the primary focus of intervention, prior to management of any concomitant common mental health disorders presentation.
