You will receive monthly reminders to complete this portal by text message until you start your treatment with one of our therapists/counsellors. Please complete and submit each of the questionnaires which follow and also submit on the completion page at the end.

Please note, once you have completed your treatment with Hertfordshire Talking Therapies, your personal online portal will not be monitored by the service (but may remain active).
